Known by his stage name, Azrel Ismail, is a Malaysian actor, model, and lawyer. Born in Taiping, Perak, he entered the entertainment industry in 2008 at the age of 27, participating in the ‘Lelaki Maskulin 2008/2009’ competition. Since then, his prominence has steadily grown, particularly in acting.
He made his acting debut in the horror genre with ‘Santau Merasuk’, followed by a supporting role in the romantic drama ‘Cinta Buat Emelda’ as Dr. Hakimi. Since then, he has graced television screens and cinemas in various popular dramas and films such as ‘Syurga Nur’, ‘Hanyut’, ‘Menantu Ting Tong’, ‘Pinggan tak retak, nasi tak dingin’, and ‘Pulang’, collaborating with esteemed actors and producers.
Besides acting, he ventured into hosting, co-hosting the event ‘Hotspot’ with Haiza. Currently, Azrel Ismail is actively engaged in campaigns and endorsements with reputable brands, alongside his ongoing involvement in the art world. His latest drama, ‘Kerasnya Takdir’, produced by Creative Skill Solution, features him as Athif.
