DEAN is a Korean R&B / alternative singer-songwriter. Over the years, he has been recognized as one of the iconic Korean artists in the global music scene, and also has been active as a songwriter under alias, Deanfluenza, as well as a CEO of a R&B/alternative label, you.will.knovv, managing artists like Tabber, Rad Museum, and Miso.
DEAN officially debuted in 2015 with a English single “I’m Not Sorry (feat. Eric Bellinger)” and a Korean single “Pour Up (feat. ZICO)”, which brought him The Best R&B & Soul Song at the 2016 Korean Music Awards.
Since then, he has collaborated with multiple Korean stars like Crush, Gaeko, ZICO, and international artists like Jeff Bernat, Anderson .Paak, Syd, and more.
His latest work includes winning The Best R&B Track of the Year at the 2024 Korean Hip-Hop Awards with a single, “DIE 4 YOU” and collaborating with a French singer-songwriter FKJ, on a project “3:33” , headliningforHeadIn The Clouds : LA (2025), and collaborating with a fragrance brand aerse as a creative director.
