ISOBAHTOS, also known as IsoB, is a new hip-hop group consisting of 10 members from East Malaysia, specifically Sabah. With a vision to carry dignity and represent elements of cultural arts and traditional heritage of Bornean society through their music in the industry.
The name “ISOBAHTOS” is derived from the word “Aiso,” which means “No” in the Kadazan Dusun language (a Sabah Ethnic Group), and “Batas,” which means “Limit.” This signifies their mission to create music by incorporating elements of native traditional sounds infused with modern instruments. ISOBAHTOS made their debut on August 30th, 2021, with their first single ‘Tiada Batas’.
